Glow Girls Club CIC responds directly to this need by providing structured programmes that foster resilience, empower personal growth, and create pathways to brighter futures.
Market & Community Need
Research shows that girls in the UK face barriers including limited access to affordable study support, rising mental health challenges, and disengagement from sports. Locally, Beckenham and surrounding areas lack dedicated, girls-only provision. Parents are seeking safe after-school and holiday activities that not only support education but also build confidence, creativity, and resilience.
Glow Girls Club CIC meets this demand by providing holistic, age-specific programmes that benefit both young women and their families giving parents peace of mind and strengthening the community.
Marketing & Growth
We will reach participants and partners through:

By Year 3, Glow Girls Club aims to support 500+ girls and young women annually, partner
with 10 schools and 3 borough councils, and establish a national digital mentoring
platform.
Governance & Operations
Glow Girls Club CIC will operate with:
- A board of directors and advisors providing governance and oversight.
- Volunteers (aged 16–21) supporting delivery and gaining work experience.
- Partnerships with schools, sports clubs, and community organisations.
All operations are structured to reinvest profits into community benefit. Policies in place
include safeguarding, equality & diversity, and data protection.
