Our Programs

Glow Girls Club CIC delivers programmes and activities designed to help girls and young women build confidence, develop practical life skills and explore opportunities that prepare them for education, careers, entrepreneurship and life.

Our programmes provide safe and supportive spaces where girls can learn, grow and connect with others while developing the confidence to pursue their ambitions. Sessions are delivered both online and in person, allowing girls to participate in ways that are accessible while also building meaningful connections within their communities.

Through our programmes, participants gain valuable skills, build friendships and develop the confidence to explore their potential and future opportunities.

Programmes

 Weekly Term-Time Workshops

Our weekly after-school workshops provide a safe and supportive space where girls can receive homework help, build essential study skills, and develop confidence. Each session blends academic support with life-skills training, creative activities, and mentoring to help girls grow both personally and academically throughout the school term.

Weekly Term-Time Workshops: After-school clubs offering homework support,
GCSE preparation, life skills, and confidence-building.

Holiday & Half-Term Intensives

Our holiday and half-term programmes offer extended, high-energy workshops that immerse girls in leadership development, creative arts, sports, career exploration, and personal growth activities. These intensives provide a fun, structured environment where young women can build confidence, discover new interests, and strengthen important skills outside the classroom.

Holiday & Half-Term Intensives: Extended workshops including leadership labs,
creative arts, career days, and sports tasters.

Digital Mentoring

Our digital mentoring programme provides weekly online sessions for young women aged 18–21, offering guidance on employability, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and personal development. Through virtual one-to-one and group support, participants gain practical skills, career direction, and confidence — all from the comfort of their own space.

Digital Mentoring: Weekly online sessions for 18–21-year-olds covering
employability, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.

Peer Mentoring Model

Our peer mentoring model empowers older girls to support and guide younger participants through key transitions such as moving from primary to secondary school, preparing for GCSEs, or exploring post-16 options. By creating a cycle of shared learning and encouragement, this model builds leadership skills, strengthens confidence, and fosters a positive sisterhood where girls uplift one another.

Peer Mentoring Model: Older girls guide younger ones through transitions (e.g.
Year 6–7, GCSEs, post-16 options), creating a self-sustaining empowerment cycle.

The Glow Experience

Across all Glow Girls Club programmes, participants have opportunities to take part in activities that support their personal development, wellbeing and exposure to real-world opportunities.

These experiences help girls build confidence, discover new interests and connect with their communities while developing skills that support them both inside and outside the classroom.

Through these experiences, girls gain confidence, broaden their perspectives and develop practical skills that prepare them for future opportunities.
